TV Shows / Crazy Ex-Girlfriend

I wasn't expecting this when I first started watching so it took me off-guard at the first song. I was like "ummm okay....". By the second and third song, I got the idea that it was a musical. But don't let that put you off! The songs are freakin' hilarious! And infrequent enough for it not to be annoying (expect one or two per episode). The show is actually hilariously funny and Rebecca is awesome! You end up feeling so much for Rebecca because she is such a mess. Kinda gets a little depressing but you can't help but join her in her little bubble of denial and fun. The bipolarity of her characters swings you around so much as the viewer, you never really know how to feel about anything. So I'd say they captured her psychological issues pretty well.
